For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is required when the order is delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a failure by The Rabi Collection to fulfill an order.

Our returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions described in that policy.
