At The Rabi Collection, we aim to deliver your order within 3–5 working days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

The Rabi Collection is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
