At The Rabi Collection, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

2. Return Conditions

A product can be returned if:

- The product is unused and in its original condition.

- The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.

- The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.

- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the product so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and circumstances of the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to obtain the necessary details required to process an eligible refund.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product sent by The Rabi Collection, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

If the return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect size, or other customer-related reason, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Exchange

If you receive the wrong, defective, or damaged product, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
